Extrusion Dies

Our extrusion dies are designed by our experienced engineers using the latest 3-dimensional software and analysis programs.

Nextool uses European stainless steels: Din1.2316, M300 which ensures continuous stable productions for over 1,000,000 metres.

All our tools are manufactured using the latest technology equipment from Charmille, Sodick and Mikron.

Tuning is carried out in our inhouse tuning department. We use Krauss Mafei, Weber, Cincinnati and Theyhson extruders. All tooling is checked and inspected by our Quality Department.

We are a ISO 9001:2000 accredited company.
